Firefox bookmarks are stored in the places.sqlite file in the Profile folder. You can't move the places.sqlite file out of the Profile folder, butyoy can move the entire Profile folder by creating a new Profile in the location of your choice. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
