"Your Firefox is out of date and may contain a security risk!" Why am I still seeing this after I've done the upgrade?

You have a user agent that identifies you as Firefox/3.6.21

You can check the general.useragent.override pref on the about:config page and reset the value to the default via the right-click context menu.
