A previously trusted site is now telling me that the I cannot connect to the site becuase it is untrusted. Is this a hacker? what is going on?
I work for Chacha and I cannot access my payment or log in to the "Universe" as they call it to do my job. It tells me the site connection is not trusted because it was signed by an unknown source. It worked about a week ago but Friday it stopped. The message says if it is a site that previously worked it may be a hacker.

There is a problem with the certificate on that web page. From http://www.networking4all.com/en/support/tools/site+check/ Error while checking the SSL Certificate!!
If you no longer have that missing intermediate GoDaddy certificate on your computer then you will get the untrusted error message. Try to visit this site to make Firefox save that certificate: https://certs.godaddy.com/anonymous/repository.seam
Which one should I get to save? And does this just bypass the problem or does it solve it, is my info in danger?
Visiting that web page should be sufficient. No need to save or install one of the certificates on that page. That server sends the certificate that Firefox needs to connect successfully to universe.chacha.com
You should see the GoDaddy certificate in Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > View Certificates : Authorities (under the T: The Go Daddy Group, Inc)
ANd is that actually a secure site? Will my info be secure?
Can you visit https://universe.chacha.com/ without getting an untrusted error message? If you can then everything should be OK.
You have been very helpful bless you
I tried this and it showed the site networking4all.com and it showed as trusted and then tried to enter again and no change. Any other ideas?

If you have a problem with missing Go Daddy intermediate certificate then you can find them here and install them via the certificate manager.
Certificate Manager
- Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates
