54.01 worked great upgraded to 57 Bang nothing just a new tab blank could not load any thing & it says no internet connection but there was a connection but I did not know at that time, so I was lost could not do anything ,It had deleted all my restore point which I had created before doing the upgrade. I even phone my server provider and they could not fix it as at there end it was OK and are now sending me a new hub thinking it must be that but it is not, as my IE is working fine but now I have lost all my bookmarks restore points. all I could do was remove Firefox off my PC and I have been with Firefox from years I will only go back to 54 or 55 if 55 is not the same as 57, I am sorry it as gone on a bit but I am really disappointed.

I am running Windows 7 with i5.

Kind Regards,

John.

Hi, the latest version is 61.0.1

Close Firefox and using another browser, download from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

If that doesn't work, try a Clean Reinstall; this means you remove your Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. This process does not remove your Firefox profile data (such as bookmarks and passwords), since that information is stored in a different location. With Firefox closed, use another browser to download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and save the file to somewhere convenient on your computer.

Now delete the Firefox installation folder which should be in one of the following locations -

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

You can now double click the file you previously downloaded to install Firefox.
