I'm using FF21. It's been working fine until today. Now I get no graphics at all. I tried to get into Facebook and all I got was this [IMG]http://i39.tinypic.com/2rgkeft.jpg/IMG . Google Search page is just text and nothing else. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling FF and the same thing happens.

I've also had some Flash crashes when playing browser based games in FF.

Hi Sunflowers,

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems accessing some websites through your Firefox browser.

From that image, it appears that Facebook is having problems loading the CSS portion of the website. How is your Internet connection?

Please try the Reset Firefox feature, which easily fixes most problems with the browser.

Please let us know the results, or if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks!!

You can try basic steps like these in of issues with web page:

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.
