I see questions re: problems with screen freezes when using Thunderbird email. Where do I get answers & solutions to this disgusting problem?
According to similar questions and other responses, many others are having freeze problems when using Thunderbird with Windows 10. Where can I get remedies rather than just restating the same problem over & over in different words. I want help! Not just words and more words!

Did you also read the answers and suggestions to those questions?
If none of those help in your case please explain your problem in detail here.
Searching in google for "thunderbird windows 10 freezes" gives a lot of links.
These seems to have some solutions: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1076754 http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2952365 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1084384
You can roll back the last update to TB and it should work again. Then wait for the team to figure out the bug reports before updating, and save some grief.

And that's the only thing you were able to dig up from the topics you quoted above?
Did it occur to you that your anti-virus software may be the culprit? Having that in mind I'd suggest you read again the SUMO topics you quoted.

Christ1 I'm not the OP with the problem. I offered my thoughts that might help them. I don't know why your are criticizing me for not finding other ideas such as anti-virus SW. It's NOT MY problem. So I offered a way to find answers, and left it to the OP to narrow down directions THEY wanted to take.
I wouldn't expect antivirus SW to be the problem, when it wasn't a problem until this TB update. If there's a conflict, it'd be TB's since the AV was fine until then. Again, it's not my software, so I am not testing to see what the cause is.
No it wasn't remotely the only thing I was able to dig up. You misread my answer. I answered that one can 1) do a google search and find links that appear to have a variety of solutions and suggestions 2) roll back software. So no I didn't dig up #2 from the links (I didn't see it in the links). Nor was #2 my only suggestion. #1 was my first suggestion. Plus being able to roll back on a huge problem, can be a lifesaver, and welcome to know is an option.
I've gotten a lot of help from the q&a section so I was trying to pass it forward, by helping on a select couple of questions where I could add something meaningful.
You read my answer quickly enough that you missed what it was aiming to do. Glad you were trying to help the OP... I was too, and doing okay at that :). Take care.
