I have a web site bookmarked that I know has been updated to add new items. But when I go to the site none of the new items listed show up on the screen.

I have a web site bookmarked. I'm aware that the site has been updated and new items have been added. However, when I log in none of the new items that have been added appear. If I go to another provider the new items do appear and I can click on them and they appear and I can view them. I've even tried to click on the page reload to see if it will upgrade again with no success. Can you help??
