Hello,

I have been facing this issue when accessing Google Drive using Firefox, after selecting a file and clicking on "File information" option the "Details" and Activity" tabs simply don't load, as you can see in these screenshots.

Also, I found this thread also here on Mozilla Support from two years ago that reports the same issue. Apparently the bug was solved but ended up returning in most current versions.

I opened the current thread just to report this bug again. Thanks.

EDIT.: Another user reporting the same, his thread was archived: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1422875

I don't have that issue, looks like something is blocking it. see screenshot

Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?

I hadn't tested it, but after your suggestion I decided to test it and the issue persists. Apparently it's not any of my add-ons that are causing that.

Where did you get Firefox from?

What security software are you running?

When you have the issue, what do you see in here? see screenshot

Try with ETP turned off.

If Windows Pro version, try testing in Windows Sandbox (VM) to see if you have the same issue. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/
