Wrong Country and Language
Starting about a week ago, when I use Firefox 124.01 on my Windows 10 PC to visit Ebay, the pages show in Portuguese, and the country shows as Brazil. I'm in the USA. This problem does not occur when I use Chrome, Opera or Edge. Any idea about why this has happened and what I can do to fix it. On Ebay, I can manually change the language and location, but if I close Firefox, the problem returns. I'm using the version of FF that keeps no cookies or history. Thanks

Problem solved. It was my VPN. I switched to a different node and all was well. Thanks for helping out.

Try changing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Max Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
Thanks for your reply. I tried all of your suggestions, but it made no difference, whether in Troubleshoot Mode, or with the DNS over HTTPS (DoH) changed to Off or Max Protection. It doesn't happen in Chrome or Opera, but it does when I use Edge or FF. Not sure where the hiccup is.
And I should add, the only site I've seen the problem on is eBay.
Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.
I downloaded the Developer Edition and browsed to eBay. Portuguese, not English. I didn't sync profiles to the DE just browsed to eBay as soon as the main screen appeared.
