I've been having problems with Facebook not displaying correctly in Firefox. It does work 100% in other browsers.

I"m using Firefox with Win 10.

I have cleared all recent history, cookies, cache. My sytem time is correct. I have checked all addons and extentions. I have even refreshed Firefox and nothing helps.

When I try to load Facebook it looks like a page with No Style but the Page Style is set as Basic Page Style. I have scanned for virus and Malware.

Most other pages load without any problems. Facebook has the problem and I also cannot load pages on Safelinking.net

Remove History For One Site

Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any settings.

Sounds that CSS files are blocked.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows the shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Content Blocking is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection

You can check the Web Console about what content is blocked

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
