Nothing in this thread helped me solve the issue: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1246281

I started the CardBook add-in setup and validated Google but canceled at that step since I was a version behind in the CardBook add-in. I restarted to get the add-in updated and the email addresses appeared with no other action on my part. However, the phone numbers are missing and I see no option to get them that isn't already set up in CardBook preferences.

Try this: from Gmail Contacts, click More in the left pane, Export, choose vCard, save the contacts.vcf file. Install MoreFunctionsForAddressBook. Open Address Book in TB, File/New/Address Book, name it, OK. Select the new address book, Tools/MFFAB/Actions for contacts/Import vCard/vcf, select the contacts.vcf file. Contacts are imported with phone numbers. It also works if you select any existing address book instead of creating a new one. Tested in TB 60.6.1/W10.
