Gmail address switched to shorter domain, and can't click in Gmail's oauth screen in Thunderbird
My company uses the Gsuite for business service. Our domain recently changed from "longdomain.com" to "long.com". Last week our email address was switched to use the new shorter domain. The password for gmail remains the same, but Thunderbird now shows a "Sign in to continue to Mozilla Thunderbird Email". Unfortunately I can't click on the Next button to enter my password. In fact, all the links on this screen can't be clicked.
It seems I'm having a similar issue as https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1157498. I've tried manually updating the username in Thunderbird's password screen to no effect.
I now can't access my email account via Thunderbird. Is there any workaround for this? It appears to be a known bug. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1360276
Chosen solution
I just updated to 52.3.0 (on Mac) and that's solved the problem. I was able to log in once again.
