ISP Rogers' tech help has tried to help unblock my Thunderbird account, which gets continually reblocked for unusual activity, for unaccepted password changes, etc. It was blocked again yesterday afternoon, for 24 hours. Thunderbird seems convinced I'm trying to hack my own account. Meanwhile I am not receiving important emails. Can you help?

Probably not. Thunderbird doesn't do "blocking" and there is no "Thunderbird server" or "Mozilla server". I can't think of any part of Thunderbird that could form an opinion for itself about your activities. Like many users, you appear to think that the Thunderbird email client is part of some bigger system.

What are the symptoms that lead you to the conclusion you're being "bocked"?

Do you use antivirus software? Are you confident you don't have any malware on board that's getting you a bad name?

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. Thunderbird is email client software running on YOUR computer and it does not block you for any activity. Your ISP or email provider might but Thunderbird software does not.
