I was trying to get rid of annoying pop-up on You Tube and in frustration I selected deny full screen and "remember" and now cannot get full screen anywhere or change it back. How do I do that? I read the thread here with the same problem and the solution included hit "Command+I" and so forth. How do I do that? What is "Command" and is that the letter "i" or "L" or the number "!"?

Hello,

You can press F11 in your keyboard to enable the fullscreen.

Also, try Firefox in Safe Mode to see if the issue still persists.

Please note: Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that turns off some settings, disables most browser extensions.

If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:

Click the menu button > click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one.

Please follow the link below to troubleshoot add-ons and extensions: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems

Hope this helps!
