Trying to get into hotmail. Astromenda Search comes up. Tried removing from y computer. Thought I had done so. Closed computer went back in and still there.
Got message from Firefox to update Adobe Flash. Updated as instructed. Then went in to get my Hotmail and Astromenda Search came up. Went to My Computer to remove same, could not find Astromenda. Found a program I think called Regpro - removed. Went back closed computer and tried to bring up my Firefox and it would not let me. Astromenda was still on my screen Found a number for Astromenda and they wanted to get into my computer to remove it for me. I said no!!!!! I would remove same with instructions -- which they would not give to me. Please help.

Hello,
Please follow either of these guides to remove Astromenda. These guides use free anti-malware tools so if you are ever brought to a page asking you to pay money, ignore it.
