V78.12 does not start. Safe modes do not help.
I updated TB to 78.12 two days ago and have not been able to start it. I restarted my PC a few times and tried Safe Mode for both Windows 10 starting and TB to no avail. Installing V78.11 solved the problem instantly. Everything is back to normal now. I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same.
BTW, I cannot find a button to click to ask a question. I had to search the Internet and find this link to ask this question: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/thunderbird/form Could anyone shed some light on this?

The computer is working fine. I am still using V78.11 that is working perfectly. I will wait for V78.13 to try.

What kind of pc do you use? A good one? Something like a window computer? Or a laptop? Do you also use the mobile versions of our Software?

Still sounds like a Windows or hardware problem.
