Firefox in my htc crashed so i restarted it and i think it sent a feedback and do not track me feature was on will firefox use or see mey history?

my mozilla firefox on my android phone has crashed and pressed restart button on my firefox but i think it sent a feedback even though i didn't wanted to send a feedback

will firefox company use my history or see them if i did send a feedback?
