Hi tetbouda, that menu command should present two options: Start in Safe Mode or Refresh. * To exit Safe Mode, simply Quit Firefox, then start up again and you should be back to normal. * If Refresh was chosen, Firefox would have moved your old profile (settings) folder to the desktop inside and Old Firefox Data folder.
