My "Trend Micro Internet Security" is set to not scan emails and/or attachments. The only plug-in is Shockwave Flash and it is disabled. Still get the "not responding"

It also less frequently happens with Firefox as well.

Thanks but when I opened the link and looked at all the stuff there I figured I'll just live with it. Too much for this old brain to deal with. Was hoping it might be a simple fix.
