When I open Thunderbird and click on an e-mail to open it I get Thunderbird is not responding message. Restart the program and I still get the same not responding message. What do I do to correct this?

Thanks,

Gyhoyat

So it's not crashing, it's not responding. This is a difference. What is your anti-virus software?

You're correct it is Thunderbird is not responding. Read the Support Form of 2/2/2105 and your responses to Glisten-Up. Have the same problem but I'm using Norton and SuperAntiSpywear. I turned off the e-mail scan in Norton and that does not stop the Not Responding problem.
