Firefox crashes

I am typing this from a second computer, my primary computer crashes when I open Mozilla Firefox. I tried used your help section and typed in "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\CrashReports\submitted" which did not work. A message popped up on my screen telling me that it could not be found on my computer.

Please help me fix this crash.

you are using an old, unsupported, obsolet, outdated version of Firefox. please upgrade your browser to Firefox 10 and check
