Hi

Everything is fine if I use another browser, e.g. Edge.

I can login to the site and complete the Subject and give details. But when I select the Category, the submit button is unavailable. The lists of Topics ans Sub-topics never appears.

I wondered if it was a cookie problem, so gave the site full permission to use all cookies. This had no effect, even after restarting Firefox.

What is causing this and how do I solve it?

Many thanks

David

Hi

Someone on answers.microsoft.com suggested I disable my adblocker (Adblocker Ultimate) for the site.

It worked.

Please get it fixed with the provider of the adblocker.

Many thanks

David

That was very good work. Well Done. Please flag your last post as Solved Problem as this can help others with similar problems.

I didn't find the solution; someone on Microsoft's Community Forum suggested it might work.

The problem still needs to be dealt with so the work-around is not ncessary.

It is your responsibility to be aware that extensions and builtin Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection can block essential content and cause websites not working properly.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check the Web Console for messages about blocked content.
