Hi Forum,

anyone who either has

a) used a recent Mac Book, or b) tried the Microsoft Edge Browser on a Windows notebook with two finger scroll support,

...will agree that coming back to the standard scroll behaviour of any application on Windows (including Firefox, excluding Edge), that this standard Windows/Firefox scroll behavior is almost unbearably bad as compared to what a) and/or b) of the above can offer.

Therefore this post represents a Feature Request for investigating, and eventually reproducing the amazing scroll performance (crispness, exactness, speed, smoothness, ballistics) of the Microsoft Edge Browser, in Firefox.

Thanks.

David.P

hi david, as this is a primarily community-run support forum it's probably not the right place to request features (we cannot implement them & devs won't read here). please either use https://input.mozilla.org/feedback for general feedback or if you feel that it's a missing feature in the browser file a bug at bugzilla.mozilla.org about this. thank you!

Thanks. Will report there as well. BTW, I accidentally have marked the present question as solved -- can this be undone?

yes, you can undo that in the box to the right of that answer

Thanks.

Reported the issue to Mozilla, and filed a bug:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1204335

Cheers David.P
