Do Not Track extension causing crashes
Should I turn off the Firefox tracking option if I added the Do Not Track extension? Are they interfering with each other? My latest crashes show Do not Track as the culprit. I don't know if the Firefox tracking option is turned on by default. If it is then it is on, otherwise it is off. Do I need to contact Do not Track if they are the ones that offered their extension to Firefox?
I don't see Do not tract in the Help information, but that is what appears when the computer crashes.

The do not track setting in Options only make Firefox send a DNT=1 header as part of the HTTP response headers that are send to the server.
The Do Not Track Plus extension does a lot more then that and if the extension isn't working properly then you need to disable the extension and contact the developer for advice.

My question wasn't answered.
Is the Firefox tracking set by default?
If no, then my Do Not Track Plus extension is doing something it shouldn't.
I don't know what a DNT is.
DNT is a short for Do Not Track.
The HTTP response header is what Firefox send to a server to request a file and that DNT=1 header is added if you enable that setting in Options.
