Why can't I view fox news videos on firefox but can watch them on msn?
Only Fox news videos do not open or play on firefox but open & play ok on msn. I've downloaded everything mentioned that might make it work ok & still doesn't play only fox videos.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
