I am new to ThunderBird so forgive me if this answer is obvious. I am using Thunderbird to access google takeout files (mbox files) of archived emails due to limited gmail storage. I am testing this as a solution for storing archived work emails to be accessed in the future. When I went to "search" the mbox file, the only option was to "filter" the emails. I need to be able to search the folder, especially for body text. Any suggestions/guidance would be greatly appreciated!
