FireFox not working w/ American Airlines for 6-9 months
I have called America airlines numerous times over 6-9 months, to report that FireFox browser is not working, I was told that they are aware of it, & are working on it. I stated that you could not have been working on it for 6 months, & asked to speak to a supervisor.
After a return phone call this time I was connected to John the supervisor. When I complained that I had repeatedly been told, over 6-9 months, even as recently as today that we are aware of it, & working on it, he responded that they are only supporting Chrome & Explorer.
This makes no sense since Chrome is less than half as old as FF, & Microsoft no longer supports Explorer – has moved all support to Edge.
So, we are not supporting a mature, robust product like FF, but just a (relative) new comer, & a dinosaur.
Makes no sense.
Anyone here that can help w/, is aware of this, & any reason (settings) FF won't work w/ American?
Homepage is fine, but when searching for flights, just returns a pix of their plane flying over the ocean.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
