Can't seem to get extentions back to where they belong?

Recently I removed a few extensions i.e. Ghostery - Privacy Ad Blocker, Cookie AutoDelete & Fox News. Later I decided to add them back but they're not showing up in the top right hand corner of my browser? Please help me out. Thank you.
