cannot do any kind of fix because my firefox application will not take my anywhere; i get a blank screen whenever i try to go to any website
when I open firefox I get a blank screen and also it does not take me anywhere when I type in an address; like www.walmart.com....just a blank screen; nothing happens

Some problems occur when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;
