Why http://www.yahoo.co.jp/ connection is not secure
As unable to add screen shots I have deleted the question. I wish in Edit there should an option to delete the question if wanted.

Firefox has different styles of connection error pages. If you get the page with an "Advanced" button, could you click the button, then copy/paste the technical information in that section include the code?
