I reset Firefox and start page comes up but it won't bring up any page I ask Google to do.
Had problems with my husband's computer and wound up having to reset Firefox. Now it has reset and the start page comes up but when I request Google to bring up a page (any page) nothing happens. No action whatever. What could be wrong? I've checked to see that Firefox isn't blocked by the firewall.

Issues have been previously linked to the McAfee Site Advisor extension. Try to disable it and see if the problem persists.

To disable it: Type "about:addons" in the Location bar Find the extension and click on its "Disable" button
