On abc.com I can watch some vids (Muppets) but not others (Agents of SHIELD). Re-installed flash, same thing. Help please.

For some reason I can watch some videos on abc.com like the Muppets or Dancing with the Stars, but not many of the others such as Agents of SHIELD and Grey's Anatomy. Why would video work for some and not others. It would make more sense if video just did not play at all...Thanks.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
