Flash updates like weekly, and I really am not having fun being bothered by a pop-up information bar for every new website I go to asking me if I want to enable Flash. Why are you assuming you know what's best for your users in every scenario? For the love of God, just give us the option, even if it requires editing the about:config.

. Whenever you get a message / popup that software / files need to be updated;

DO NOT USE ANY OF THE PROVIDED LINKS

While this may be a legitimate message, it could also be Malware or a Virus. Any time you want or need to check for upgrades, go to the web site of the True Owner of the program in question. For example, to check out Firefox, go to Mozilla.org. {web link}

If you use the current versions Flash Player from Adobe you would be able to set Flash to always Activate.

In your more system details on right of your post it shows you have two versions on system. A Flash Player 18 and 19 version. Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 19.0 r0

Download the plugin based version of 19.0.0.226 or 18.0.0.255 ESR from https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Download the uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html and follow the instructions on unistalling Flash on system.

Then install the Flash Player you downloaded earlier and then you can start Firefox and use Flash as always activate if you prefer.

Mozilla puts versions of Plugins (and even Extensions) on a blocklist when they are of severe Security and also stability and malware concerns. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/blocked/

Unfortunately the Flash Player Plugins has had proven in wild critical exploits for most versions (whether plugin based for Firefox/SeaMonkey, Pepper flash for Chrome or ActiveX version for IE) since December 2014 and Adobe has been making more updates compared to usual as a result since at times.
