Cannot clearly see content of top window area of Firefox (Mac) due to colored background. How do I make it solid (gray, for example)
On my desktop Mac, the window edges and border are solid grey. On my laptop, there is a dark blue sky-like background across the top of the Firefox window, and a translucent version of the same across the bar where web addresses and search criteria are entered. I have a very hard time seeing the top information due to this. I want a standard gray (or white) background. I cannot find any Mac preferences nor Firefox preferences that address this issue.

You may have installed a lightweight theme (Persona). You can uninstall this theme and revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've no idea how that got in there, but removing it solved the problem.
