after install firefox properly ,, it's not work ,, when i open it a black screen appeared,, how i solve my problem?

i use firefox browser before ,, suddenly it's not working ,, when i open it a only black screen show ,, then i uninstall firefox ,, and install it again ,, but problem is the same ,, nothing change ,, how i solve this ?

posted by phillip in other support threads hello, other users with this problem all had an embedded intel hd graphics card with an old driver present. in case this also applies to you, here would be a link to update the driver, which in turn should also address the black firefox problem.
