Firefox will not import bookmarks from chrome, nor can I use bookmarks nor install a whole new firefox because my computer malfunctioned and erased all bookmark
due to computer problem, I lost all my bookmarks plus ability to get them from chrome or to use it currently, it will NOT bookmark anything.. I lost them before due to an update... but could import them.
I have tried to download a new firefox twice, but nope, I got the same problem with both with the yellow browser warning on the new install.

Hi, what is the yellow warning ? IS that just the little triangle and what is it stopping you from doing ?
Please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.1 with a Full Version Installer

The yellow is saying firefox bookmarks are used by another firefox folder
I cannot find Windows disk clean up, and I have searched, since this computer incident, I had to reload norton, it was gone... my subscription to it. I had located my firefox profile, but how does one apply it, there are so many files in it... your answer is great, but I don't know how I can do this, is CC Cleaner comparable to the windows disk cleaner?
In your old profile folder, look for the bookmarkbackups folder and copy/paste a few recent backups to a convenient location like your desktop or Documents folder for safekeeping and more convenient access.
Then see: Fix "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional" error message.
