Hello, try to clear cache in Firefox:

  1. Click on the Firefox button and then select Options
  2. Select the Advanced panel and click on the Network tab
  3. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
  4. Close the Options Window

Restart Firefox and check the page again you have the problem with.

If it does not help, close Firefox and launch it in Safe Mode (hold the Shift button while starting FF, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode). Visit the website you have the problem with, if now you can see the images, there could be a problem with one of your add-ons. Let us know the result of Safe mode starting.

If everything works fine on your computer hopefully you don't have to reinstall it because of this problem.

Starting Firefox in Safe mode is disable all your add-ons and extensions, so if the problem exists even in Safe mode, I don't think this is an extension or add-on problem.

I double checked the source code of the link you have the problem with ( http://translate.google.com/#en/hu), the missing texts are really texts, so you should find them in the source of the website. I suggest searching the following string in the source code (press Ctrl+U) of the website: "div id=gt-lang-src". This is highlighted on the attached image. You should find languages listed after this string like: English/Hungarian/etc. (div class="goog-inline-block jfk-button jfk-button-standard jfk-button-checked jfk-button-collapse-right">English) and also "Detect language". If these are not in the source code of the website (especially if you already cleared the cache), then this is not a Firefox issue, but somehow you did not received these texts from the server.

This happens to me too and I would love to find a solution to this issue. Last time it was allowing mixed content on the page. However the interface for translate.google.com uses Javascript and HTML5.

I filed a bug for this and if there is another one that exists we can mark it as a duplicatefhttps://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=993664

Does this happen in gmail too by chance?

This problem is find other pages too for example facebook, gmail. Some texts disappear and i cant do anything that i see. But i deleted the comodo antivirus and adobe flash player after i reset my computer and i believed the problem fixed, but not totally. I seen if use of memory by Firefox more than 1GB the program stopped on moment, after run, but the texts dissapear again. If i reset computer the problem solve, but this isnt okay, ive never seen it!
