How do I set up a Junk Folder in Thunderbird? I am not receiving some important emails. I've been told to look in Junk Folder. I don't have one.
I do not have a Junk Folder. I know that I am not receiving some emails that are not junk but cannot figure out where they are going. Someone said you have to set up a Junk Folder and then you can look through it to see it important email is being filtered out. Have tried asking this question several times and they say I'm asking about Firefox. I'm needing help with Thunderbird. If this is not the correct "place" to ask the question, please direct me to the correct area. Thanks,

What is your account type - POP or IMAP?
Don't know whether account is POP or IMAP==Am ignorant. Have TimeWarnerCable internet/email. How do I find out which I have?
