When I click on Firefox Start Page it goes to a full screen with the Firefox logo...full page....nothing else showing.. Please help.
Something went wrong when I was trying to figure out how to get my screen to regular size rather than full screen. Can't get to any tools, options, etc. Only Firefox logo showing with search bar...What happened.?

Normally the F11 key will switch you back to normal view (or into full screen view, depending on the current display). Does that work?
In full screen view, sliding your mouse point to the top should cause the toolbar area to slide down. Does that work?
If Firefox is "stuck" in full screen view, the file that stores window dimensions might have become corrupted. You can rename the file to resolve that issue, but this also may affect which bars are shown (for example, if you like using the classic menu bar, you may need to turn that back on). Here's how:
Open your current Firefox settings (AKA Firefox profile) folder using either
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
- (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
- type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter
To open the page without access to any of the above, either:
- hold down the Alt key and press H to activate the help menu, release the Alt key and press T to call up the Troubleshooting Information page
- type or paste the following in the start menu search box and press Enter:
firefox.exe "about:support"
In the first table on the page, click the "Show Folder" button. This should launch a new window listing various files and folders in Windows Explorer.
Leaving that window open, switch back to Firefox and Exit, either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "power" button
- (menu bar) File > Exit
To exit Firefox without access to any of the above:
- hold down the Alt key and press F to activate the File menu, release the Alt key and press x to trigger an Exit
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then rename xulstore.json to something like xulstore.old. If you see a file named localstore.rdf, rename that one to localstore.old.
Start Firefox back up again. Do windows display normally again?
