Firefox crashes/locks-up regularly, since Loading WIn 7 Pro 32 (from XP) Dell 830 Laptop
Good day,
Would someone please help me with a constant crashing of my Firefox Browser 41.01.1? I recently loaded WIN, 7pro 32, which replaced XP. I've reset my browser but seems to be getting worse. I added a few of the most recent reports;

The crash reports show high memory usage.

Firefox uses too much memory (RAM) - How to fix This article describes how to make Firefox use less memory to make it run faster and prevent crashes.
In memory manager looks like I'm consuming all memory during casual applications usage. I suppose the 1G isn't enough for WIN 7. Time for memory upgrade to the max 3G. As I suspected.
Thank you Fred!

I will report back when upgraded for final synopsis. May be a week or two.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
