My Flash is not working and Firefox says: For your safety, Firefox has disabled your outdated version of Flash. Please upgrade to the latest version. I have updated and it still does not work.

Where do I get the 32 bit installer? Adobe says their installer contains both 32 and 64, but Firefox seems to disagree...
