Here's the deal: I've searched for this in the support forum. I've done what has been suggested. None of it's working. For the last few months, I was only receiving the SSL error from my laptop (Windows 7) but am now getting the same error on my older computer, running Windows XP. The only site that gives me this error is Facebook, and I'm receiving this error on Firefox 27, IE 8, & whatever the latest version of Chrome happens to be now. Any suggestions? I'm getting pretty fed up with this. Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.facebook.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
