How to speed up reflection of my edits to my website?

more options

I have a new website. When I edit the website, and then go to it as an "outsider" by way of firefox, my changes are not reflected for a day or two. How can I speed this up so I can see how the site appears instead of having to wait so long?

Firefox tries to cache as much as possible. When you are making rapid iterations, this can lead to Firefox mistakenly showing you an older version from cache.

To see what a "new" visitor sees, reload the page using one of these methods to bypass the cache:

Shift+Ctrl+r
Shift+Reload button

Any luck?

I tried the suggestion from jscher2000, thank you. I did not understand how to do that, but it dawned on me to right click on the page after entering and voila! a "refresh" button appeared. This did it! So simple when you do the right thing. Hope this helps someone else.
