How do you temporarily unplug your pop-up blocker?
I was on PCH website entering a contest for my sister-law & tried inserting her name in the box to receive the gift, & every time I entered her name & clicked on the submit button her name would disappear & PCH said to temporarily disable the pop up blocker so I could send her gift. I don't know what to do, so would you please help me?

The Options dialog is inside Firefox. As noted above, the exact path to get there depends on whether you have the orange Firefox button or the classic menu bar.

Try here:
orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Content
Uncheck the first box.
Note that some toolbars also might have a pop-up blocker (e.g., McAfee) so you might have to check those, too, if the site still doesn't work.
I don't have a reply, I need help!
Open Firefox -> go to Tools Menu -> Options -> Content -> Remove Checkmark from "Block Pop-up Windows"
OR
if you want to just Disable Pop-up Blocker from specific websites, follow these steps.
Open Firefox -> go to Tools Menu -> Options -> Content -> Checkmark on "Block Pop-up Windows" -> Click "Exceptions..." button infront of "Block Pop-up Windows"
-> Type the addresses of those specific websites one by one e.g. www.yahoo.com -> Click Allow -> click Close on "Allowed Sites - Pop-ups" window -> click OK on Options main window
Check and tell if its working.

OK gentlemen, I think that took care of my problem, thank you so much.
You probably will want to turn the pop-up blocker back on when you're done with that site. :-)
