Hello We are trying to set up an email client Mozilla Thunderbird, but nothing works, because the email client does not have enough fields that are specified by the provider, here is a letter from them:

Hello,

Your SparkPost account is configured correctly. I recommend contacting Mozilla Thunderbird support to see where you can enter the required fields in their SMTP client to connect to SparkPost. You can see the full client configuration steps here: https://developers.sparkpost.com/api/smtp/

They should be able to prove the steps to get these settings configured in their SMTP client.

Based on the sparkpost page, I would try these settings in TB:

Account Settings/Outgoing Server (SMTP)

server name: smtp.sparkpostmail.com port: 587 connection security: STARTTLS authentication method: normal password user name: email address (info@t-sport.co.uk or 'SMTP_Injection'?)

When you are prompted for a password, enter the API key mentioned on the page.

If you have multiple accounts in TB, check that the sparkpost account is sending on the sparkpostmail smtp server (select the account in the left pane of Account Settings, set the Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the right pane).

The sparkpost site indicates that you must have an email account. Use the settings for your email account to set up the IMAP component. That would be different from the SMTP settings.
