Suddenly TB stopped downloading

I have TB 91. TB has been operating flawlessly for years. It suddenly stopped downloading. It shows the downloading bar at the bottom of TB, but nothing downloads. I didn't change anything before it stopped. I can send emails just fine. I tried disabling all my Norton security and firewall settings. No luck. Re-starting both PC and TB. No luck. I can access my emails directly through an internet sign in to my provider, ionos.com. I tried Outlook (yuck) and it downloaded just fine, so my provider is working OK. I have 5 email accounts with ionos, and it won't download any of them. TB won't download on my PC or my laptop, so it seems that it's not a problem on my computer(s). Any ideas? I can't find quite the same issue on any other recent posts.

Under "Server Settings" Changed "Security Settings/Connection security" to "None", Authentication method/ Password transmitted insecurely. Worked for me... ;-/

pop.ionos.com port 110 (they show port 995 on ionos website, didn't work?)

imap? Might work too?
