Firefox froxen
Cannot get into Firefox. Icon is frozen. Will not open which means I cannot get into email using this browser nor my bookmarks. Any solution?

Hi, am not a Linux person. That being said follow and convert to Linux. Task Manager, End Task, then Save Profile :
Delete/uninstall or what ever you do on Linux and then bring in a new compile from our site https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ or from where ever you get your tar ball from. Version 59.0.2 released this date.
Insert your Profile back and see if your working. If not it is the profile.

transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.

Could not open the firefox icon. nor get into safemode. Everything is locked out.
