How can I forward an internet link in my outgoing email?
I often find internet links that I wish to forward to email recipients; but I do not see how that is done

Firefox has an Email Link command to send the address and title of the current page by email. You can find this on the classic File menu, or there's an optional toolbar button for it. However, unless you are sending it using a separate email program or Gmail, some manual setup may be involved. See: Change the program used to open email links.
