How do I open an account , so I can get some help?
I'm having big issues with FF due to its extremely slow. What do I have to do to fix this? I do not find solutions in your posted articles.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
