I missing certifactes for pix.impdesk, z.moatads.com and others. How do I fix this?
I am running Windows XP. I use Kaspersky for security. Recently I have been getting popups from Kaspersky with the following message: "A signature for this certificate or one of the certificate chain is not found" I get this message on the following files: 'zmoatads.com, 'px.moatades.com, 'tapestry.tapad.com and pix.impdesk.com When this happens I press continue but I continue to get the same message. How can this get fixed? Do I need to uninstall Fire Fox? Can you send me a fix?
Thank you, gsenator

AVOID CLICKING LINKS PASTED IN THE QUESTION, IF YOU HAVE, READ BELLOW!!!!!
Greetings. Are you absolutely certain that you are getting this from ACTUAL Kaspersky? Because I am afraid to say, that these links are adware and potential browser hijacker links.
If you would take a look at "zmoatads" and "moatades", Moatad is the key signature and is known as adware. Others I am sure are also of the same origin. And will cause similar issues. Since you are running Windows XP on top of that, you have significantly increased chance to receive viruses. First of all, you will need to clean your malware, afterward change the passwords and I would strongly suggest for you switch to at least Windows 7 or 8. Steps how to clean your PC:
If you are unsure about certain steps, I recommend doing a quick google search on them. I also strongly recommend restarting your Windows to "Safe mode with networking" for maximum effectiveness.
1. Install RKill, to kill any malicious programs. 2. Check your browsers for any add-ons or extensions you do not recognize and remove them. 3. Check your installed programs and see if there isn't anything suspicious that was installed lately (If there is, simply remove them). 4. If you actually have Kaspersky, do a full thorough scan with it. If not, Install any popular antivirus and do a full scan(Majority of the providers do have free versions of their software). 5. Install and scan your PC with Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro to clean most adware. (They are specifically, anti-malware software) 6. Do an additional scan with anti-virus and anti-malware software 7. After you are sure that everything was cleaned, change all of the relevant passwords. Your social media accounts, bank details if you are using standard passwords, everything that is valuable to you. 8. Consider switching to newer versions of Windows. XP is a very old and no longer supported system with a ton of vulnerabilities.
Word of advice, be very careful with the links that you are browsing and the files you are downloading. Do not click any spam or suspicious emails and in general be aware of your internet activities. That should prevent a majority of commonly spread issues. Good luck!
